Glasllwch PTA help our Playground Pals

Exciting news… we now have a Playground Pals Stop!

Our School Council has worked hard to design this Playground Pals Stop…

In September the School Council wrote to Glasllwch PTA to ask them if they would help pay for a Playground Pals Stop.  Mr Wightman came into school to meet with the School Council and to talk about how the sign would be used and how much it would cost.  The School Council were really pleased that the PTA agreed to pay for the sign!

Glasllwch’s Playground Pals have talked to the children in a Whole School Assembly about how the sign will be used to mark a quiet area where the children can spend time talking to the Playground Pals about any concerns they may have or if they need help to resolve a dispute.

Now the sign is in place on the school yard, the Playground Pals will be busy helping others and encouraging positive play.
